between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. General job enquiries from 4:00

Noram Canada Cup
Canada's best XC Skiers take to the tracks and compete towards
the series title and many of the top athletes will head off to
the World Cup circuit afterwards. Races at Silver Star Provincial

5th Annual Turkey Trot Loppet XC Ski Race
15 km of fun and excitement. The Loppet is named in honour of our
friends on holiday from the south. The course starts in the village
and goes around our beautiful lower trail network finishing back
in the village so everyone with a pair of XC Skis can participate. |

Canadian National Cross Country Ski Team Banquet
Come celebrate and raise money for our National Team. Enjoy a fantastic
dinner and guest speaker (to be announced) for $40.00 and bring

World Cup Festival
Approximately 160 of the world's best cross country skiers from
25 nations will compete for the podium.
The FIS World Cup is a series of cross country ski races
held each year with 12 to 16 individual competitions and six
to eight relays held at different locations around the globe.
All of the top skiers in the world will be competing on Silver
Star Mountain during this event. It is a tremendous opportunity
to host top level competitors and witness some of the best Nordic
skiing on the planet. |

Join the Vernon Community Singers at 7:00 pm as they make their
way around Silver Star Village and fill the air with the beautiful

warmth of the Christmas Spirit as they share more of their festive

Join in the Torchlight & Glowstick Parade ($5 registration at the
Info Desk), enjoy the spectacular Fireworks, and take the kids
to Santa's Gift Giving at the Chilcoot Centre. Sign your child
up by noon at the Info Desk for $10 and have Santa call him or
her up by name to receive a gift. At 8:00 pm, a Christmas Eve Family
Service of carols and worship will be held in the NATC Auditorium. |

or individually may ski any multiple of 7.5 kilometres all the way
