| Jul 31 | Forrest Desmarais Intermediate Bike Camps
Riders should be riding all blue trails and exploring blacks runs. Camps will focus on increasing rider confidence and stability on their bikes. We will examine riders? body position and angles to help increase speed and flow on the trails. Specific attention will be paid to cornering, small jumps and drops and other technical aspects of riding.

The Saloon is hosting a FREE premier of New Wave Cinemas new film BRIGHTER. Shot on location in Europe, North America and New Zealand, Brighter is a must see flick! So head to Saloon after biking, movie starts around 6pm.

| Jul 31 - Aug 2 | BC Day Long Weekend Festivities
Silver Star is the place to visit BC Day long weekend! In the village from 11am-4pm we are going to have bouncy castles, inflatable caterpillar and some face painting! To add to the fun in the sun we are going to be giving out cotton candy and bags of popcorn by donation for the Canadian Cancer Foundations Relay for Life.
On Saturday we will be having our Teddy Bear Picnic!!!. Kids will rid the chairlift FREE when accompanied by a paying adult and we will supply some juice, fruit and a cookie so you can head to the top of the mountain for a picnic! Don't forget your teddy bear and you picnic blanket!

This August long weekend is the time the Teddy Bears have their picnic! Saturday the village will be alive with fun festivities for kids. Bouncy castles, inflatable caterpillars and face painting as well as cotton candy and popcorn!
On Saturday kids ride the scenic chairlift for FREE when accompanied by a paying adult. We will also supply juice, fruit and a cookie for each kids picnic lunch so you can ride to the top of the mountain for your picnic. Meet in the village at 11:30am to pick up your snacks!

Attention will be paid to adjusting poor habits to help riders bike faster and more smoothly down trails. The camp will also strive to incorporate more freeride components into your riding.

This is an all inclusive 5-day bike camp for the Okanagan local youth between 9 and 12 years old. Starting Monday August 2nd, campers will stay on the mountain for a full week and improve their biking skills like there is no tomorrow. All breakfasts and dinners are home cooked by your coaches and lunches are happening at The Saloon.

Join this group of joyful singers at 7:00pm as they wind their way around the Village. Warm up by our outside bonfire pit with hot chocolate and fill the air with the beautiful sounds of Christmas. Follow them to the NATC Auditorium and bask in the warmth of the Christmas Spirit as they share more of their festive music at 8:00pm.
